Answer
Peter, the owner, had a Dutchcraft sailboat at one time named "Poisson De Papier" (which translates to "Paper Fish") that sailed the waters of Sarasota, Florida. Peter had many high seas adventures on the craft. One day while he was driving, Peter was trying to think of a name for his new printing company. With a burst of laughter he decided that he had had so much fun on his boat that it would be a perfect name for his company.
